No, YOU will be creating the Marketing Strategy for your business. I will be guiding you through the process with my expert insight and bespoke advice, personalised for your business where it stands right now.
So we will be building your strategy together through a mix of our 1:1 time together and the work I ask you to do in between, and I will be capturing all this in an easily understandable way on your dashboard. This will become your ‘living strategy’ because strategies need to change and evolve with our businesses. The result is a plan that you both understand fully AND are going to find manageable moving forward.

Firstly, I won’t be giving you access to a massive back catalogue of training and expect you to work through it all in the 8-week window we have. Instead, following our 1:1 meetings, if I feel it is relevant to where you are right now, I will recommend you to a certain training that you can find in the resources. This will be specific to what you need at that time and will move you towards your marketing goals. And, secondly, we have the most amazing, supportive community of like-minded businesses all in the same boat as you. You’ll be able to share questions, advice and just general chat that helps to consolidate your learning and keep you accountable as you move through the programme.

In addition, you may find that other members of the community are able to offer their insights too, giving you a new perspective of looking at something that’s got you blocked.

We will do the bulk of the planning work in the sprint, but then you need to start doing. I understand that this can be the most challenging phase, keeping on track, even when it gets hard. Stopping the overthinking and taking action to get your message out there can be daunting. So, for my clients who have been through the sprint with me, I offer an ongoing maintenance package where they continue to have access to everything they’ve had in the sprint, plus an ongoing 1:1 with me each month where we plan together, analyse and problem solve, and I can help keep the motivation up.
